Terms and conditions

1. Definitions

The general terms and conditions are simplified by the following vocabulary:

Principal: any natural or legal person who has contracted services.
Agent: CTA Services SA, whose registered office is at 8, route des Avouillons, 1196 Gland. ID: CHE-106.021.780

2. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions apply to all contractual relations between the Agent and the Principal for the provision of services.

3. Duration

The contract comes into effect with the first order placed on the website. It is concluded for a minimum period of 1 (one) month. It is then tacitly renewed for a further 1 (one) month if it is not terminated in writing (email or letter) by either party at least 2 (two) months prior to expiry.

4. Prices and terms of payment

A. The price displayed when the order is placed is per intervention and in Swiss Francs (CHF). It may be paid monthly thereafter.

B. The service is payable in advance and must be cashed at least 72 hours (working days) before the service is scheduled.

C. The price is subject to change in line with the Swiss cost of living index (CPI) and/or the Collective Labour Agreement applicable to the sector of activity. If this is the case, a communication will be sent and must be approved in advance by the Principal.

5. Access to services

The Contractor reserves the right to refuse any potential client without giving reasons.

6. Obligations relating to the performance of the contract

A. The Contractor shall provide the Principal with personnel equipped and trained to perform the tasks defined in the contracted services.

A1. The materials, products and machines required to carry out the work are supplied by the Contractor.

A2. The Contractor shall have at his disposal, free of charge, the water (hot and cold) and electricity required to carry out his tasks at the Client's premises.

A3. The Principal undertakes to comply with the laws in force and the applicable Collective Labour Agreement.

A4. The Principal may readjust its prices if the order and/or the location do not correspond to the service ordered, in particular according to the description of the parts.

B. The Principal undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.B1. The Principal must pay for the service in advance, failing which it may be cancelled without any compensation being claimed from the Agent.

B2. Any cancellation of a service not communicated within 72 working hours before the service is scheduled will not be reimbursed and no compensation may be claimed.

7. Data protection

The agent undertakes not to pass on any personal data to third parties without the written consent of the principal.

8. Changes

The mandatary reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on our website.

9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Toutes les relations contractuelles sont soumises au droit suisse.

Le for juridique est à Lausanne, Suisse.
